1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Sitelift LLC ("we", "us", "our", or "SiteLift"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SiteLift provides an AI-powered content generation and SEO automation platform. We offer tools to automate content creation, backlink acquisition, and keyword discovery to help improve your website's search engine visibility.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SiteLift to generate, promote, or distribute any content that falls into the following prohibited categories:

  • Illegal Activities: Content promoting illegal acts, violence, terrorism, or child exploitation.
  • Adult Content: Sexually explicit material, pornography, or related services.
  • Gambling: Online casinos, sports betting, or related gambling content.
  • Hate Speech: Content that attacks or demeans a group based on race, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
  • Malware and Spam: Content designed to distribute malicious software or engage in phishing/spamming.
  • Unverified Professional Advice: Generating medical, legal, or financial advice that could result in harm without proper disclaimers.

Violation Consequence:We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any account found violating these guidelines, without prior notice and without eligibility for a refund. This is to ensure compliance with our AI providers' Acceptable Use Policies.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of the content (text, articles, and generated ideas) created using SiteLift and published to your website. You are free to export and use this content as you see fit.

Attribution:By using our platform, you agree that SiteLift may append an invisible or visible attribution link (e.g., "Published by Sitelift.io") at the end of generated articles. While we append this by default, you are not penalized if you manually edit or remove this attribution from your published content.

Image Hosting: Images generated for your articles are hosted on our Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. By using the service, you grant us a license to host and serve these images to your website.

5. Premium Distribution Network (Backlink Exchange)

SiteLift offers an optional "Premium Distribution Network" feature. By opting into this network via your dashboard, you agree to participate in a mutual backlink exchange with other SiteLift users.

  • How it works:By opting in, you grant SiteLift explicit permission to automatically insert relevant backlinks to other network participants' websites within the content generated and published on your site. In return, your website's links will be placed on other participants' sites.
  • Opting Out: You may opt out of the Premium Distribution Network at any time from your dashboard. Upon opting out, we will cease placing new network links on your site, but previously placed links may remain unless manually removed by you.
  • Network Integrity and Removal: To maintain the quality and safety of our network, Sitelift LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, suspend, or ban any website from the Premium Distribution Network at any time, with or without notice. Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to, suspicious SEO practices, poor content quality, malicious activity, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Removal from the network can occur regardless of whether you maintain an active subscription.

6. Account Termination and Asset Deletion

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation or termination of your account, SiteLift reserves the right to automatically delete all hosted assets (including generated images stored on our servers) associated with your account after thirty (30) days. It is your responsibility to migrate or download any assets you wish to keep before this period expires.

7. Modifications and Interruptions to Service

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify pricing, or discontinue all or part of the Service without notice at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We cannot guarantee the Service will be available at all times, as we may experience hardware, software, or other problems resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

SiteLift LLC provides the service "as is". We are not responsible for:

  • Any manual or algorithmic penalties applied to your website by search engines (e.g., Google spam updates).
  • Copyright, trademark, or IP infringement claims resulting from the AI-generated content you choose to publish.
  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities due to server downtime or service interruptions.

7. Refunds

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email or through a notice on your dashboard at least thirty (30) days prior to the changes taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
